Training
We offer Makaton training to staff in settings and families. We hold Makaton Core Vocabulary workshops: Levels 1 to Level 5 of the Makaton training programme for professionals and families. The Makaton Taster sessions are offered in Early Years and Primary schools/ settings too. This is delivered by an Advanced Education Teaching Assistant - a licensed Makaton Tutor from the Hearing Impaired Additionally Resourced Provision
In addition to this we offer Deaf Awareness training to pre-schools, primary schools and families.
